About the Job you are considering:
We are seeking experienced Business Analyst skills Workflow case with strong expertise in Banking domain who will overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role- Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and gather requirements for workflow and case management systems. - Process Mapping & Documentation:
Create process flows, business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories. - Workflow/Case Management Expertise:
Analyze, design, and improve workflow and case management processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with business users, operations teams, and technical stakeholders to understand needs, clarify requirements, and drive alignment. - Solution Design Support:
Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into system specifications, ensuring feasibility and accuracy. - User Story Creation:
Write clear, concise, and testable user stories with acceptance criteria for development teams. - Testing & Validation:
Support UAT by preparing test scenarios, validating functionality, and ensuring solutions meet business expectations. - Issue Resolution:
Identify, analyze, and document defects or gaps, coordinating with IT teams for timely resolution. - Continuous Improvement:
Recommend enhancements to workflows, case handling processes, and system functionalities. - Change Management Support:
Assist in training, communication, and adoption activities related to new workflows or system updates. - Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure all business processes and documentation meet regulatory, compliance, and organizational standards.
- Experience leading a team of Business Analysts on Workflow case management CRM systems
- Expert in stakeholder management
- Expert in gathering requirements techniques for requirements gathering along with the write up of user stories
- Ability to provide the bridge between stakeholders and the technical team
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Self-starter proactive
- Experience with Camunda
- Salesforce
