Qualifications and requirements include a basic qualification process and standard quality assurance checks during the term of the agreement. Basic Requirements:
Excellent communication skills with full professional proficiency in English;
Resident in the USA for the last 3 consecutive years with familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs in the country;
Active use of Gmail, Google+ and other forms of social media, and experience navigating and interacting with content via web browsers;
Daily access to broadband internet, a smartphone (Android 4.1, iOS 8 or higher), and a personal computer with antivirus software. A Barcode Scanner app may be required on your smartphone to complete certain tasks. Assessment involves an open-book qualification exam and  process. Guidelines and learning materials will be provided before the exam, which must be completed within a specific timeframe.
