• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field, or relevant experience/education in lieu of a degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills

• 1 year of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
• 1 year of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field
• Certifications such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), Six Sigma, or Project Management Professional (PMP)
