What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Onboard and manage UpGuard customers to ensure effective use of the platform
  • Provide resources, including success plans and customer-specific training sessions
  • Engage customers early and frequently to maximize platform utilization
  • Translate customer requirements into tailored solutions based on risk management frameworks
  • Monitor customer health and provide proactive education to enhance value realization
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer success, project management, or account management
  • Professional to native fluency in Spanish and English
  • Highly organized with the ability to document processes and update existing documentation
  • Understanding of cyber risk management or risk management frameworks
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and be a team player
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with Customer Success tools, such as Churn Zero or Gain Sight
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Hub Spot or Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security best practices
  • Basic working knowledge of APIs
  • Experience conducting training sessions
