About Us: is launching a dedicated SaaS product to provide local hospitality vendors with a world-class CRM and automation suite.
Role
Summary:
We need a Go High Level (GHL) expert to build our core "Hospitality Snapshot" and automate the onboarding bridge between our Word Press site and the GHL platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Snapshot Architecture: Build a comprehensive GHL Snapshot (Review requests, missed-call text back, booking calendars, and nurture workflows).
- SaaS Automation: Set up Webhook-based triggers to auto-create sub-accounts upon purchase of our $99/mo plan.
- Client Onboarding: Design the automated email/SMS sequences that guide new vendors through their CRM setup.
- Technical Support: Serve as the initial technical lead for the SaaS launch.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience with Go High Level (Agency/SaaS Mode).
- Expertise in Zapier/Pabbly/Webooks for cross-platform data syncing.
- Experience building and deploying GHL Snapshots for specific niches.
- Familiarity with the vacation rental or hospitality industry is a plus.
