Purpose of the Job

The SAP S/4 HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) Business Analyst is responsible for assessing i-PRO’s business processes, working with management on SAP integration, and managing the deployment of SAP solutions in the SAP S/4 HANA environment. The SAP SD Business Analyst uses their in-depth understanding of i-PRO’s unique business demands and substantial expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution with strong knowledge in Finance (FI) processes to improve business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and design Sales & Distribution (SD) and relevant Material Management (MM) and FI processes in the SAP S/4 HANA system.
• Evaluate and configure the end-to-end order to cash business process in the SAP S/4 HANA system.
• Handle the SAP master data process, which includes the maintenance of customer, material, and pricing requests in SAP. Determine business needs by assessing SD and Finance (FI) using business process analysis techniques, collaboration, and experience.
• Determine how to implement best SAP configuration in the SD and relevant MM and FI areas to enhance targeted business processes.
• Configure pricing procedures, condition records and integration points to accounts receivables in FI.
• Evaluate the current SAP S/4 HANA configuration capabilities in SD and relevant MM and FI areas and recommend any cost-effective enhancements within the system.
• Modify existing configurations as well as add new configurations to the SAP S/4 HANA platform.
• Work with end users to identify business gaps in the SAP S/4 HANA system and prepare functional specifications and technical documentation that are needed to work on business gaps and system enhancements.
• Provide constant support and rectifying issues in the SAP S/4 HANA system to make sure the end-user team can operate their day-to-day duties without any issues.
• Provide the end users with training and documentation for any new changes or enhancements to the SAP S/4 HANA system.
• Create and Maintain Business Process Documents for SD and relevant MM and FI areas.
• Lead the User Acceptance Testing sessions with the end-user team for all the new changes and enhancements.

Qualifications:
Education & Experiences

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, management information systems, business, or in a related field is required.
• A minimum of five years of hands-on experience working in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) with knowledge of Material Management (MM) and Finance (FI) is required.
• Experience of any third-party systems integrated into SAP S/4 HANA (Salesforce or any eCommerce) is required.
• Experience with SAP Credit Management is required.
• Experience with multiple end-to-end SAP implementations is required with at least one SAP S/4 HANA end-to-end implementation.
• Experience working with third party credit card system and SAP Digital Payments is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work and communicate with i-PRO global teams.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to meet deadlines by prioritizing tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new subjects through independent research and communicating with business process participants.
• Knowledge of data integration and data quality software and processes is a plus.
