Associate Technical Product Manager

• Collaborate with the Innovation team to ideate and evaluate technology solutions for Biomedical Services
• Document business cases to initiate technology and AI projects
• Rapidly prototype solutions, including user stories and functional prototypes, to validate project feasibility
• Partner with engineers and stakeholders to advance prototypes from concept to working demo
• Maintain a project roadmap and track performance metrics to monitor business value over time

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of related experience in Technical Product Management or equivalent
• Recent coding experience with HTML, CSS, and an object‑oriented programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, C++)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a technical aptitude for emerging technologies
• Ability to work in ambiguity and adopt a test‑and‑learn approach

• Experience working with APIs and reading technical documentation
• Familiarity with generative AI product concepts and workflows
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and decision‑making support
