• Scope, plan, and deliver high-impact projects across the organization, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies
• Own the creation and maintenance of project plans, including risk and issue management
• Coordinate implementation tasks related to SaaS software and technology transformations
• Prepare and distribute project status reports, managing dependencies across projects and teams
• Contribute to process improvements based on project retrospectives and feedback

• 5+ years of work experience, with at least 2 years in project management, preferably in technology implementations
• Sound foundational knowledge of project management methodologies and enterprise software
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed

• Experience in software delivery, particularly within the ticketing industry
• Familiarity with project management platforms to maintain oversight of tasks and timelines
• Proven ability to leverage AI technologies for process improvement
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teams
• Adaptability to manage unexpected challenges while maintaining project structure
