Technical Content Writer remote

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer who lives and breathes technology, databases and software. In this role, you won't just be documenting features; you’ll be the bridge between complex Postgre

SQL internals and the developers who use them. You will help our users master database management, query optimization, and everything in between.

• Create Authority-Level Content: Develop high-quality user guides, API references, and deep-dive technical manuals.
• Simplify the Complex: Translate intricate Postgre
  
  SQL features and performance tuning strategies into clear, actionable documentation.
• Collaborate at Source: Partner directly with Engineers and Product Managers to extract technical insights and turn them into user-centric content and blog posts.
• Own the Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end documentation process, from initial drafts to periodic updates for new feature releases.
• Enable User Success: Build "Quick Start" tutorials, FAQs, website content, eBooks, lead magnets, troubleshooting guides and technical social content that reduce friction for our community and customers alike.

• SQL/ Postgre
  
  SQL Fluency: You have a deep understanding of relational databases, indexing, and query optimization. You don't just write about it; you understand how it executes.
• Writing Excellence: You have a proven track record of producing structured, engaging, and grammatically flawless technical content.
• The Tech Stack: Proficiency with Markdown and Git-based workflows is highly preferred. Experience with Confluence and JIRA is a plus.
• Developer Empathy: You can put yourself in the shoes of a frustrated DBA or a junior developer and write the exact guide they need.
• Independence: As a remote team member, you are proactive, a clear communicator, and comfortable managing your own deadlines.
