Are you an experienced marketer, eager to continue learning and consistently stay up-to-date with technological developments?

We are a growing property agency looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist who can work independently.

If you are:

• Experienced with content creation in the real estate industry
• Enjoy utilizing the latest AI tools (for content and more)
• Proficient in Meta Business Suite

• Manage and develop our Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Threads, Twitter, and Whats App Business accounts
• Keep our property listings up-to-date and optimized on major property portals in Indonesia
• Design engaging content, possibly enhanced by using AI tools (e.g., Canva)
• Plan, execute, and track the performance of high-converting social media advertising campaigns (Ads)
• Interact with our community, responding to DMs and comments professionally and promptly

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years in digital marketing/social media management. Experience in Property/Real Estate is preferred
• Tech-Forward:
  You know what AI tools can be used to work more efficiently and intelligently
• Self-Initiative:
  You're able to work optimally with minimal supervision
• Full of Creativity
