Requirements Must have:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM discipline.
  • Over 5 years of relevant professional experience in data engineering, pipeline development, AI strategy, developer relations, or technical program management.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, transformation, and automation of pipelines.
  • Hands‑on experience with data pipeline/orchestration tools (such as Flyte, Air Byte, Apache Airflow, Prefect, Luigi, or similar).
  • Familiarity with relational database systems (including Postgre

    SQL, MySQL, or equivalent).
  • Strong technical insight into generative AI, developer tools, and contemporary software development practices.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive data pipelines that ingest, transform, and deliver data from various enterprise sources to support AI adoption initiatives and analytics.
  • Develop ETL/ELT workflows utilizing Python, SQL, Flyte, or similar orchestration tools to manage structured and unstructured data at scale.
  • Construct and maintain data models that are optimized for AI/ML training datasets, adoption metrics, and executive dashboards.
  • Establish automated data quality checks, validation protocols, and monitoring systems to ensure pipeline reliability and data integrity.
  • Build data infrastructure to support AI adoption key performance indicators (KPIs) such as training completion rates, tool utilization, and organizational readiness across over 120,000 employees.
  • Create pipelines that aggregate and standardize data from internal AI platforms, providing cohesive adoption reporting.
  • Synthesize adoption metrics, developer feedback, and market trends into reports and packages suitable for executive review.
  • Develop real‑time and batch data feeds for leadership dashboards that monitor AI maturity across business sectors and initiatives.
  • Integrate data from various internal platforms, HR systems, learning management systems, and AI tools into comprehensive, AI‑ready datasets.
  • Document data lineage, manage data dictionaries, and uphold governance standards across all pipeline outputs.
  • Advocate for AI ethics, security, and trust principles within data workflows and the greater developer community.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT teams to guarantee secure data transfer and storage within both on‑premises and classified environments.
  • Cultivate and maintain an active AI developer community through events, hackathons, and forums focused on data‑driven AI adoption.
  • Act as a liaison between developers, data teams, product groups, and leadership to ensure consensus on priorities and direction.
  • Contribute to the AI Factory ecosystem by creating reusable data components, integration patterns, and shared services.
  • Work closely with engineering leaders to identify gaps in tools and solutions, influencing product direction based on developer insights and adoption metrics.
  • Offer technical mentorship to junior team members on best practices in data engineering.
