We are seeking a Senior Manual QA Engineer with expertise in manual testing and SQL. The ideal candidate has experience working in complex, large-scale enterprise environments. While manual testing will be your primary focus, familiarity with Selenium and Java for automation is highly desirable. You will ensure product quality through detailed testing and collaboration with development and product teams.

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test cases for web and enterprise applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure quality.
• Write and execute SQL queries to validate backend data and support test cases.
• Test enterprise systems with complex integrations, high data volumes, and multi-team coordination.
• Proven expertise in SQL, including joins, subqueries, aggregations, and performance tuning.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, ensuring issues are resolved.
• Collaborate with developers, QA peers, and product managers to clarify requirements and build test strategies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to QA process improvements.
• Maintain or contribute to automated tests using Selenium with Java, when appropriate.
• Mentor or guide junior QA team members.

• 5+ years of manual QA testing experience in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in writing and executing complex SQL queries.
• Experience in domains like finance, healthcare, insurance, or large-scale B2B platforms.
• Experience with enterprise platforms used by thousands of users daily.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management.
• Familiarity with Selenium and Java for automation (hands-on experience is a plus).
• Experience with QA tools such as Test Rail, Zephyr, JIRA, etc.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to own testing deliverables in a fast-paced Agile environment.

• Hands-on experience with Selenium Web Driver and Java for automated testing.
• Knowledge of REST API testing and tools like Postman.
• Experience in domains such as finance, healthcare, or e-commerce.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI).
