What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Liaise with vendors to gather and document contact information and service capabilities
- Maintain current vendor information, including contracts and contact details, in internal databases
- Review and edit vendor contract proposals as needed
- Collect and report on objectives and initiatives requiring vendor activity
- Provide quarterly feedback to vendors on performance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be self-motivated with strong planning abilities
- Advanced PC skills with Windows applications, including Excel and Word
- Strong document and database management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in an autonomous environment
- Para-legal training is a plus
- Knowledge of vendor contracts and experience supporting contract negotiations
- Experience with telecom vendors and products is highly desired
