• Gather and define client use cases and business requirements for digital transformation strategies
• Facilitate demos showcasing product options and functionality tailored to user roles
• Create and maintain project deliverables including business requirements documents and functional specifications
• Act as a liaison among project stakeholders to ensure clarity on requirements and objectives
• Conduct quality assurance testing and provide training to internal and external stakeholders

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels
• Minimum of 3 years working in an agile system development life cycle environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills in a technical and customer-focused service environment
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and JIRA

• Experience in the marketing industry
• Experience in the financial industry
• Knowledge of BABOK and familiarity with XML, HTML, and CSS
