IT SAP Intern

### ### The Intern will be part of a team focusing on business and solution design and will be involved in various activities to help gain important knowledge and experience of SAP end to end projects.### We are open to a hybrid work arrangement for the right candidate, however, ideally on-site at least a couple days a week in our Manchester, CT Home Office.###

** What You Will Do*** ### Partner with the
** SAP core team
** to support the execution of business processes across multiple functional areas* ### Assist with
** process improvements and system design enhancements
** to improve operational efficiency* ### Develop and maintain
** standard operating procedures, job instructions, and technical documentation*** ### Support the creation and enhancement of
** training materials and knowledge documentation*** ### Assist functional and technical leads with
** special projects and development of functional specifications*** ### Monitor and track
** IT support requests**, analyze defects, and help identify potential solutions* ### Create and manage
** work plans**, ensuring project tasks and action items are completed on time* ### Perform general
** SAP administrative activities
** and assist with troubleshooting production issues* ### Develop
** ad-hoc reports using SAP tools and Microsoft Excel
** to support business insights* ### Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system improvements and business initiatives### ###
