Under the general direction of the Information Technology Manager I, the Information Technology Specialist I (ITS I) serves as a journey-level technical specialist within the Software Engineering and System Engineering domains. The ITS I works as a Salesforce administrator, software configurator, and application developer responsible for planning, designing, developing, configuring, and implementing solutions within multiple Salesforce environments and related low-code platforms.

The incumbent performs system administration, develops custom components, supports integration processes, and assists in the enhancement of Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and other departmental applications. The position requires analytical and technical expertise, independent judgment, and teamwork within an Agile/Scrum environment to support mission-critical program and enterprise applications.
