Position: Sr Director Analyst - Cloud Licensing & Commercial Negotiations (Remote: North America)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop thought‑leading insights and advice on cloud licensing and commercial negotiations
  • Guide clients through major cloud contract events, renewals, and negotiation strategies
  • Analyze trends and optimize commercial strategies for multi‑cloud environments
  • Create and deliver innovative research content and presentation materials
  • Engage with senior‑level clients to provide actionable guidance and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud licensing or negotiation
  • Deep expertise in AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud negotiations and licensing contracts
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of compliance risk management
  • Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Recent hands‑on experience negotiating large cloud agreements
  • Experience with SaaS vendor negotiations
  • Knowledge of global cloud market dynamics
  • Ability to work effectively in a global team
