Project Manage; Junior​/Associate Level

We’re looking for an organized and proactive Junior/Associate Project Manager to support the successful planning and delivery of projects across cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to develop their project management skills in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

• Support planning, execution, and delivery of projects on time and within scope.
• Assist in defining project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Track project progress and report on key milestones and risks.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status updates.
• Identify potential risks and support mitigation planning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.
• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, consulting, or related roles (internships included).
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English;
  German, French, or Italian is a plus.
• Based in Switzerland with the legal right to work full-time.
