We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Buyer / Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) for a range of international clients.
This role is ideal for a performance-driven digital marketer with agency experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple client accounts.
You will work directly with clients, ensuring strong campaign performance, client satisfaction, and long-term retention by delivering measurable results through strategic campaign optimization and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI
. - Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven improvements to improve results.
- Communicate directly with clients regarding campaign performance, insights, and strategy.
- Produce clear reporting and recommendations to maintain client satisfaction and retention
. - Work closely with the design and marketing teams to develop effective advertising creatives.
- Manage multiple client accounts across different industries simultaneously.
- Test new strategies, audiences, and campaign structures to drive performance improvements.
- Use CRM tools and marketing platforms to manage campaigns and client interactions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience running paid advertising campaigns.
- Proven experience with Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads
. - Previous agency experience managing multiple clients is strongly preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent (client-facing role).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Confidence communicating with clients and presenting campaign insights.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns while maintaining high performance standards.
- Highly organized and able to work independently in a remote environment.
