Director Analyst - SAP Licensing; Remote: North America

• Develop innovative and actionable research content on SAP Licensing for clients
• Engage with clients daily to address complex challenges and provide strategic insights
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify client needs and barriers, driving forward their business strategies
• Create high-value presentations for conferences, client briefings, and Gartner events
• Mentor and coach junior team members while actively contributing to team discussions and research improvements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SaaS/Cloud contract negotiations, technology procurement, or related fields
• Deep expertise in SAP Licensing, including negotiation and market trends
• Proven experience researching, planning, and creating written content for large audiences
• Strong verbal communication skills and public speaking experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred

• Recent hands‑on experience negotiating with SAP within the last 12 months
• Experience with other major software vendors and cloud providers such as Microsoft, Google, or Oracle
• Knowledge of compliance risk assessment and management in software audits, particularly with SAP
• Exceptional analytical skills and strong business acumen
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural, global team environment
