  • Conduct technical troubleshooting, bug replication, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
  • Perform system integration assessments – evaluate APIs, document workflows, and advise on technical limitations or opportunities.
  • Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans for new features, including test scripts and edge case scenarios.
  • Carry out data analysis using structured/unstructured datasets to monitor adoption, generate performance metrics, and build data visualisations.
  • Translate user feedback into technical specifications or feature proposals, bridging business needs with engineering constraints.

  • Familiarity with front‑end web technologies (Type Script/JavaScript, CSS, Markdown) and databases (Mongo

    DB).
  • Ability to perform data wrangling and visualisation (e.g. Excel, Python, R, or BI tools such as Tableau/Power

    BI).
  • Interest in system design, APIs, and integration testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to design test cases, debug issues, and propose technical solutions.
  • Able to explain technical ideas in a simple way.
  • Curiosity in exploring new technologies, frameworks, and digital product innovation.
  • Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.

Position is on a full‑time internship basis from August 2026 to December 2026
