We're looking for a crypto-native Digital Asset Staking Strategist to join our remote team in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone deeply involved in the crypto ecosystem who understands staking mechanics, validator economics, and yield strategies across blockchain networks. You will help design and optimize staking strategies across multiple digital assets while monitoring network dynamics, rewards structures, and risks to maximize long‑term yield and capital efficiency.
WhatYou Will Do
- Develop and manage staking strategies across Proof‑of‑Stake blockchain networks.
- Analyze validator performance, staking rewards, and network participation metrics.
- Monitor staking yields, lock‑up structures, and slashing risks across different protocols.
- Research new staking opportunities across emerging blockchain ecosystems.
- Track staking performance and produce reports on yield generation and risk exposure.
- Collaborate with investment and research teams to align staking strategies with broader digital asset strategies.
- Strong involvement in crypto ecosystems with experience in staking or validator networks.
- Solid understanding of Proof‑of‑Stake mechanisms and validator economics.
- Familiarity with staking platforms, validator infrastructure, or yield strategies in crypto.
- Ability to analyze network data, staking rewards, and protocol incentives.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to translate insights into strategies.
- Self‑driven mindset and passion for staying on top of new blockchain developments.
- Base Salary: SGD 135,000 - SGD 150,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
