Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Media Buying — Plan, launch, optimize, and report on PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. Own budget allocation, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to hit client KPIs.
Ad Creative Ownership — Take full ownership of ad creatives, whether you produce them yourself or direct designers, freelancers, or AI tools to deliver final assets. Write compelling ad copy and continuously test creative variations to improve performance.
Lead Tracking & CRM Integration — Ensure accurate end‑to‑end tracking: UTMs, conversion pixels, event tracking, and CRM attribution. Work with client teams to validate leads flow correctly from landing pages into their CRM, properly tagged by source and campaign.
Reporting & Analysis — Build clear performance reports and translate data into actionable recommendations. Identify trends, flag issues, and proactively suggest optimizations.
AI Tools & Continuous Learning — Stay current with emerging AI tools relevant to paid media. Willingly adopt and experiment with new tools to improve efficiency and output quality, and share learnings with the team.
Requirements Must‑Have3–5+ years of hands‑on PPC experience on Google Ads and Meta Ads
Must be fluent in English
Agency experience — comfortable managing multiple client accounts, timelines, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously
B2B marketing experience with a strong understanding of longer sales cycles, lead quality metrics, and pipeline‑driven KPIs
Proven track record managing meaningful ad budgets with measurable results
Own creative output end‑to‑end (personally or by directing others)
Working knowledge of lead tracking: UTMs, pixels/CAPI, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integration (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce)
Genuine curiosity about AI tools and willingness to integrate them into daily workflows
Nice‑to‑HaveExperience with additional platforms (Tik Tok Ads, Linked In Ads, programmatic)
Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) or video editing
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
Strong ad copywriting skills with the ability to
Familiarity with landing page builders and CRO
