Position: Inbound Closer (Appointment Setter) (UK - Remote)

The Mission This is not an outbound sales or cold-calling role. We have a consistent flow of warm leads entering our ecosystem daily via lead magnets and paid traffic. The infrastructure is ready; what we need is a high-level Inbound Closer to bridge the gap between interest and a booked, qualified call. You are the "human in the loop" responsible for turning warm interest into a committed discovery session.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • The "Anti-Salesman": You avoid scripts, fake urgency, and heavy-handed tactics. You communicate "peer-to-peer" with founders as a smart, professional operator.
  • Strategic Qualifier: You don’t just book calls; you protect our calendars. You analyze revenue and ownership structures to ensure every lead is routed to the right offer.
  • High-Speed Operator: You understand "speed to lead," aiming for contact within 5 minutes of lead entry where possible.
  • Balanced Persistence: You find the sweet spot between confident, helpful persistence and premium brand representation.

Technical Proficiency

  • CRM Discipline: Meticulous logging of every contact, attempt, and outcome within Go High Level  (GHL).
  • Inbound Channel Management: Proficiency in managing conversations across Phone, Whats App/SMS, Email, and Linked In .
  • Qualification Logic: Ability to quickly assess if a lead meets the criteria for our group programs or high-level M&A partnerships.
  • Logistics: Confidence in managing calendar invites and ensuring a high show rate for the senior team.
Key Responsibilities

You are expected to own the inbound conversion pipeline and take responsibility for:

  • Lead Conversion: Contacting every warm lead that enters the ecosystem to move them from a lead magnet result to a booked call.
  • Deep Qualification: Confirming decision-maker status and revenue ranges to ensure we only speak with active, trading businesses.
  • Strategic Routing: Understanding our four core offers—from group programmes to full-scale acquisitions—to ensure the right leads meet the right partners.
  • Immediate Escalation: Identifying leads who are actively seeking to sell their business and flagging them direct to the Partners.
  • Contextual Handover: Providing detailed notes and call summaries so the closing team has everything they need before the call starts..
