• Collaborate with project and program managers to implement core project management practices
• Review delivery artifacts to ensure clarity and alignment with standards
• Coach teams on risk identification and mitigation planning
• Develop and maintain dashboards for transparent reporting of delivery health
• Aggregate and analyze risks across initiatives to identify patterns and facilitate resolution

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in portfolio, program, and project management
• Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana)
• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills

• Experience in the financial services or insurance industry
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PfMP, PgMP, PMP, SAFE LPM)
• Knowledge of portfolio management tools like Jira Align and Clarity
• Data analysis skills utilizing tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Demonstrated ability to contribute positively to company culture and team dynamics
