Location: City of Albany
A global services firm is seeking a Bilingual (Italian/English) Service Desk Analyst to provide part-time remote technical support. In this role, you will assist both English and Italian speaking users by resolving technical issues via phone, email, and chat. Ideal candidates possess strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and a High School Diploma. Experience in technical support is preferred. The hourly pay starts at $18.00 with additional bonuses for language skills.
