About the Role
Canon, U.S.A., Inc. is hiring for its 2026 Canon Insights Internship Program, running from Monday, June 1 – Wednesday, August 5, 2026. The internship is a 10‑week paid experience based in our Melville, New York headquarters.
What You’ll Do- Gain hands‑on experience on significant work projects that help you develop business skills and make a meaningful contribution to Canon.
- Be exposed to world‑class teams and Canon’s business, marketing, and strategy initiatives through training, meetings, presentations, and planned activities.
- Build marketable skills required for transition into the workforce.
- Work a hybrid schedule: three days in‑office and two days with the option to work remotely, on a full‑time 35‑hour week (9 AM‑5 PM).

The Corporate IT, App Analysis & Digital Experience Intern will work on two high‑priority pillars:
Enterprise Adobe SaaS Migration and Optimization of B2B Indirect Sales (Dealer/Partner) portals. Specific responsibilities include:
- UX/UI modernization & Adobe SaaS integration – audit existing UI, create high‑fidelity mockups in Figma, ensure WCAG 2.2 accessibility.
- B2B Indirect Sales and Dealer Portal optimization – partner experience analysis, web strategy review, persona development, SaaS implementation & change management.
- Functional QA – usability testing across mobile and desktop.
- User documentation – create transition guides.
- Analytics & performance benchmarking – use Adobe Analytics, KPI reporting, competitor heuristic evaluation.
The Skills & Expertise You Bring
- Enrolled undergraduate student, junior or senior in summer 2026, pursuing a bachelor’s degree aligned with the role (preferred majors: Computer Science, HCI, UX Design, IT Management). Graduate student is a plus.
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal, advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Collaboration style: thrives on teamwork while being self‑confident and enthusiastic.
- Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD; familiarity with AEM or similar CMS is a significant plus.
- Interest in indirect sales models and digital tools for manufacturer‑dealer relationships.
- Ability to translate technical SaaS constraints into user‑friendly design solutions.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to justify design decisions.
- Team player who can work across IT, Marketing, and Sales operations.
- Curious self‑starter eager to learn Adobe Experience Cloud and modern B2B e‑commerce trends.
Hourly rate: $20 – $25, based on degree level.
