Remote Implementation Consultant

• Salary up to $90,000
• 3 weeks of vacation plus 5 personal days

• Serve as a customer advocate, facilitating communication with project teams and other resources
• Perform business process requirements analysis and documentation based on customer needs
• Configure software using approved workflows and business rules
• Customize training materials and deliver training in both remote and classroom settings
• Identify and mitigate issues and risks that could impact project success

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the CIS and/or Utility Industry
• Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to make autonomous conclusions
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent organizational skills

• Familiarity with Meter Reading Head-end Systems
• Experience with S&S en Questa, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries
• Positive, proactive, and action-oriented attitude
