• Ensure analytics and reporting align with compliance and security standards in regulated environments
• Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools and validate RBAC and secure access protocols
• Support audit readiness through documentation of data lineage and controlled access within Databricks
• Monitor program performance using standardized KPIs and enterprise metrics frameworks

• Minimum of 5 years of professional data analytics experience
• At least 3 years of experience in regulated or governance-driven environments
• Solid background working within Databricks environments for analytics and reporting
• Strong SQL skills for complex analytical querying and metric validation
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree

• Experience working in structured enterprise or public-sector environments
• Familiarity with Data Access & Self-Service Patterns for governed data consumption
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams
• Proven ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications
