Role DescriptionThis part-time hybrid role as a Technical Support Specialist is based in Greenville, SC, with some flexibility for remote work. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing mobility equipment, assisting customers with technical issues, and offering guidance on product maintenance and operations. The role also involves maintaining an organized inventory of spare parts and tools, as well as coordinating service appointments with customers to meet their needs effectively.
Qualifications- Technical skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobility equipment
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in customer service and communication to effectively assist clients
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain organized records and inventory
- Experience or knowledge in working with medical or mobility equipment is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
- Physical ability to lift and handle mobility equipment as needed
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
