What will you do as a Technical Lead?As a Technical Lead, you are the architect of the future for our farm-out team. You look beyond the madness of the day and translate long-term visions and quarterly plans into concrete technical roadmaps. In close coordination with the functional architects, you determine what is needed to realize our ambitions, while maintaining the perfect balance between innovation and stability.
Your responsibilities as a Technical Lead:- Responsible for one of our ASML Farm Out teams, you ensure the highest standards for code quality and architecture within your team of 4-8 engineers
- You turn long-term objectives into technical requirements and make sure the farm-out team knows exactly what is needed for the next step
- Designing and managing the software architecture for high-tech systems.
- Leading technical decisions in the focus area of the farm-out team; which could include embedded systems, real-time processing or data integration.
- You are the conversation partner for functional architects to investigate technical problems.
What do you bring as a Technical Lead?
- A Master or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, Physics and/or Mathematics
- 3+ years of recent ASML experience (within the last 5 years) in software development and architecture, allowing you to hit the ground running within their unique high-tech environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong proficiency in C/C++, Python, and relevant frameworks.
- Experience with real-time systems, and communication protocols.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex problems clearly.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with internal and external teams.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and passion for innovation.

- Contract for indefinite period of time;
- An all-in compensation package between €75,000 and €110,000 (including net expense allowance, mobility package, 13th month, and holiday allowance). Final salary scaling is based on your relevant work experience and level of expertise.
