We are seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to design and develop performance-driven training for a complex Fin Tech / SaaS financial services product supporting customer-facing agents. This is a senior-level individual contributor role focused on building high-impact eLearning, system simulations, and blended learning solutions in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. If you have deep experience with Articulate Storyline, storyboard development, scenario-based training, and Fin Tech or SaaS product training, this role is for you.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

Instructional Design & Curriculum Development

• Design and develop end-to-end learning journeys for Fin Tech and SaaS product training
• Conduct needs analysis and translate business requirements into instructional design strategies
• Build and create detailed storyboards, scripts, and design documentation
• Develop domain-rich curriculum aligned to agent performance metrics
• Translate complex financial systems, software workflows, compliance requirements, and product functionality into clear, learner-centered content
• Design scenario-based training that mirrors real-world customer support and call center interactions
• Support compliance training and regulatory-driven learning initiatives
• Strong collaboration with SMEs, product managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders

• Develop advanced system simulations using Articulate Storyline (complex triggers, variables, branching logic required)
• Build interactive eLearning modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)
• Create microlearning and reinforcement assets for product releases and feature updates
• Design interactive video learning experiences using Synthesia
• Develop assessments, knowledge checks, and performance support tools
• Review and modernize existing software training content to improve engagement and learning effectiveness

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Notebook
  
  LM) to accelerate storyboard drafting, script writing, and content development
• Generate realistic agent scenarios and branching customer conversations
• Prototype interactive learning assets
• Analyze learner data and recommend performance optimization strategies

🛠 Required Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline (enterprise-level simulations required)
• Demonstrated experience building and creating detailed instructional design storyboards
• Experience designing Fin Tech, SaaS, financial services, or enterprise software product training
• Experience developing training for customer support agents or call center teams
• Strong background in adult learning theory and performance-based learning design
• Ability to manage multiple instructional design projects in a fully remote environment
