We’re looking for an MSP Field Engineer who enjoys working directly with clients and solving technical issues on‑site. This role focuses on supporting Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and end‑user systems for small to mid‑sized businesses across the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia (DMV) area.
Responsibilities- Provide on‑site IT support for client environments
- Troubleshoot Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, and desktop applications
- Set up new users, hardware, and office IT equipment
- Support Active Directory, endpoint devices, and basic networking
- Work closely with the service desk to resolve client issues
- 3+ years of MSP experience
- Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting
- Experience with Active Directory and endpoint support
- Basic networking knowledge (switches, firewalls, connectivity)
- Experience with Connect Wise or Kaseya is a plus
- Comfortable working directly with clients on‑site
- Reliable transportation for client visits across the DMV
