Business Analyst - Finance

ERP Business Analyst | ERP Implementation | 12-Month FTC | Hybrid

I’m working with a growing organisation currently delivering an ERP transformation programme and they are looking to bring in an experienced ERP Business Analyst to support the implementation.

This role will focus on working closely with the finance team, project manager and external implementation partner to help shape and deliver the new system, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined and successfully implemented.

• Leading discovery sessions and gathering business requirements across finance and operations
• Documenting “as-is” and “to-be” processes across core finance workflows
• Supporting the ERP implementation programme from requirements through to testing and delivery
• Working closely with third-party vendors and implementation partners to ensure requirements are understood and delivered
• Supporting data migration validation, UAT planning and defect tracking
• Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, finance teams and technical delivery teams
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and optimise the ERP solution

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on ERP implementation projects
• Strong experience with process mapping, requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops
• Experience supporting UAT, data validation and ERP go-live activities
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where documentation and processes are evolving

Hybrid working is available with up to two days working from home
