We're hiring a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead data-driven strategies, build strong client partnerships, and drive performance. This isn't a traditional marketing job—it is a high-impact, client-facing role that blends analysis, strategic thinking, and relationship-building.
What You'll Be Responsible For Client Strategy & Marketing Planning- Develop tailored digital marketing strategies aligned to client goals
- Analyze business data and trends to deliver high-value recommendations
- Guide clients through the "why" behind every decision and campaign
- Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Call Rail, and CRM platforms
- Interpret marketing performance data to inform next steps
- Create and present reports that are both insightful and actionable
- Serve as the main strategic contact for a portfolio of clients
- Set clear expectations, proactively communicate, and build long-term trust
- Educate and empower clients to understand and engage with their marketing
- Coordinate with content, design, development, and campaign teams
- Ensure strategies are executed smoothly and deliverables stay on track
- Maintain project timelines and communicate updates effectively
- Anticipate client needs, flag risks, and take initiative
- Make informed, context-aware recommendations with confidence
Balance empathy and assertiveness to keep client success front and center
- 3-5 years in a client-facing digital marketing or strategy role
- Solid experience in SEO, paid ads, content, or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of digital KPIs and platforms (Google Analytics, Call Rail, SEMrush, CRMs)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects without dropping the ball
- Strategic, curious, and focused on results
- Remote: 100% work-from-home opportunity
- Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time - Must have a personal computer, monitors, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional, quiet workspace
- Backup power supply is a plus
