Department: Einstein Support

Location: Dallas Office

Compensation: $55,000 - $58,000 / year

We are hiring a Support Specialist to effectively support our Einstein II clients. You will be accountable for support and coordination of all activities. You will work in a hybrid role in our newly opened Dallas, TX office and play a key role in supporting our products used by our clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in client implementation as directed with responsibilities to include data review, technology testing, client training and ongoing support
  • Assist with technology interface/integration set up, testing, and ongoing support
  • Manage day-to-day activities and following up on all inquiries as needed in a timely manner
  • Assist with technology related questions from clients and vendors
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced, customer service‑oriented environment
  • Ability to multi‑task by setting priorities to meet client and internal deadlines
  • Communicate with leadership for client and vendor escalation as needed
  • Other duties as assigned based on business needs
  • Ability to work from home with dedicated focus
What Success Looks Like
  • Issues are owned end-to-end, with proactive communication to vendors, clients and internal teams
  • Vendor and client questions are resolved efficiently with minimal escalation
  • Documentation and follow-ups are accurate, timely, and consistent
  • Vendors and clients feel supported, informed, and confident using our technology
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Minimum 1-year experience with healthcare technology
  • Required proficiency in Microsoft Excel, preferred proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferred experience working in a ticketing or CRM system (e.g., Hub Spot, Zendesk, Jira, or similar)
  • Previous work from home experience
  • Customer service skills, preferred experience with a range of stakeholders, including external partners and senior leadership
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • High school degree required

For Dallas, TX area applicants, this role will be hybrid with 3 days a week in our new Dallas office.
