Our client is seeking an E-Commerce Brand Registry Specialist to join their Marketing team to help claim their brands on Amazon and potentially to ensure proper selling of their products by third parties/channel partners. They are not a direct seller of their products as all of it is done through channel partners. There are around 80 SKU's they will be working to claim on Amazon first.
This person will be the one to guide the end to end execution of a Brand Registry for Amazon and potentially after that or simultaneously. It will be critical to collaborate and meet with their legal/compliance teams during business hours to work through this implementation. Post setup, they may need this person to help manage the products, help with search words, write ups, requests from sellers, etc.
The ideal candidate has done something like this before and can work in a Consultant capacity and in a regulated environment.
- Setting up Brand Registry on Amazon (and potentially Walmart Marketplace).
- Verifying trademark ownership and submitting documentation to protect brand IP.
- Ensuring authorized listings and preventing unauthorized third-party sellers by working with compliance teams.
- Possibly monitoring listings temporarily until everything is stable.
- Proven corporate experience implementing end to end a brand registry on Amazon for regulated products.
- Proven experience collaborating and communicating with legal/compliance teams.
- Proven experience effectively guiding brand registry direction with a mid-large sized company.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
