• Travel to dental practices to assess training needs and deliver customized learning solutions (50% travel)
• Conduct on-site training sessions for clinical and administrative staff on procedures and best practices
• Provide coaching and mentoring to practice team members to enhance skills and performance
• Design and facilitate group training programs that address specific practice situations
• Track and document training outcomes and their impact on practice performance metrics

• Bachelor's degree or related experience
• 2+ years of work experience within a medical/dental practice with financial software experience (Dentrix preferred)
• Thorough knowledge of training processes and dental terminology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to communicate via telephone and work effectively in virtual teams
• Experience in adapting corporate training programs to meet unique practice requirements
• Energetic and resourceful with strong organizational skills
• Comfort in handling multiple projects concurrently
• Willingness to attend additional training as requested
