Our client is looking for a Systems Administrator IV – Informatica SME for a remote position. They are the nation's central bank, and you’ll play a key role, collaborating with leading tech professionals to strengthen and protect our economic, financial and payments systems. We are seeking a Systems Administrator IV – Informatica SME to support a large enterprise banking environment. This role is part of a dedicated IT group based in Richmond, VA, supporting multiple business-critical applications.

• Administer and support Informatica Power Center and Data Quality environments
• Provide on‑call support and workload management
• Assist with Informatica platform upgrades and cloud migration initiatives
• Support incident management, change management, and ITIL processes
• Maintain documentation and operational procedures
• Collaborate with teams on systems integration, automation, and file transfer tools
• Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to stakeholders

• Knowledge of ITIL processes, incident and change management
• Experience with systems integration, automation, and file transfer tools
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Leadership or knowledge‑sharing experience preferred
