Data Analyst, Business Systems/ Tech Analyst

In this role, the selected candidate will play a crucial part in shaping the framework for customer success through data analysis and insights. You will be tasked with architecting data models that connect product outcomes to business impact, ultimately driving retention, expansion, and trust among our customers.
By collaborating with multiple departments such as Rev Ops and Data Engineering, you will define how customer outcomes are measured, ensuring that our business value is not only delivered but demonstrably proven. Your work will directly influence strategic decisions while fostering a culture of analytical rigor and clear communication.
- Build and scale analytics infrastructure to translate customer data into business benchmarks.
- Develop ROI, TCO, and outcome models for customer lifecycle metrics.
- Standardize the Hub Spot Value Methodology for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Establish a single source of truth for value data with reproducible pipelines.
- Lead investigations into customer performance trends to improve retention and expansion.
- Create frameworks and dashboards for executives to visualize the impact of products.
- Mentor within the Operations Analytics community by advocating for data governance.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure applied value metrics.
- 5+ years in data-driven roles focusing on measurable business outcomes.
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL design with enterprise-scale data.
- Proficient in R or Python for analytics and statistical modeling.
- Strong communication and data storytelling skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders, including C-level audiences.
- Curiosity and ownership mindset, focused on uncovering insights.
- Experience with BI platforms like Looker or Hex is a plus.
- Academic or professional experience in a quantitative field.
