• Partner with project and program managers to apply core project management practices
• Review and challenge delivery artifacts to ensure clarity and alignment to standards
• Develop and maintain standardized dashboards for transparent delivery health
• Facilitate cross-workstream risk resolution sessions and support structured escalations
• Aggregate and analyze risks/issues across initiatives to identify systemic patterns

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of experience in portfolio, program, and project management
• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana)
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

• Experience in the financial services or insurance industry
• Related certifications (PfMP, PgMP, PMP, SAFE LPM, SAFE RTE)
• Data analysis skills with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Experience with portfolio management tools like Jira Align or Clarity
• Demonstrated contribution to company culture through mentoring or volunteering
