• Partner with project and program managers to apply core project management practices
• Review delivery artifacts for clarity, measurability, and alignment to standards
• Develop and maintain standardized dashboards for transparent delivery health
• Aggregate and analyze risks/issues across initiatives to identify patterns
• Support the rollout of new project and portfolio management practices

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of experience in portfolio, program, and project management
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana)
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industry
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PfMP, PgMP, PMP, SAFE LPM)
• Data analysis skills with tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with portfolio management tools such as Jira Align
• Demonstrated involvement in company culture initiatives
