Senior Data Analyst; Remote

We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst – REMOTE. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving healthcare innovations by developing and maintaining data visualizations that convey actionable insights. • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations that track KPIs and produce actionable insights
• Establish and maintain KPI definitions, dashboard governance, and data quality checks; drive continuous improvement of data processes
• Cross‑functional alignment with Information Technology & Commercial functions to ensure alignment on business reporting
• Partner with CRM team to maintain and continuously improve business processes
• Translate business questions into analytics requirements and implement scalable solutions
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Provide training and documentation for dashboards and analytic tools
• Support leadership with regular business reviews and data storytelling

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role
• Proven experience in building interactive dashboards in Tableau
• Experience with external market data such as Definitive Healthcare or IQVIA
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare services, or life sciences
