• Lead the enterprise‑wide model and AI risk management strategy, coordinating cross‑functional risk initiatives and health checks
• Drive the implementation and enhancement of model and AI governance frameworks, controls, and standards across teams
• Conduct targeted model and AI risk assessments and synthesize insights for enterprise‑wide solutions
• Maintain governance documentation, validation reports, and model inventories for regulatory and audit readiness
• Provide training and risk education within the enterprise risk & return team and across business units

• Strong understanding of model risk management frameworks, including model lifecycle governance
• Hands‑on experience developing or working with analytical models in a governance or risk management environment
• Familiarity with AI and emerging model types, assessing associated risks and governance considerations
• Experience designing or enhancing risk frameworks, policies, and controls within a regulated environment
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly

• Experience working with risk management or governance tools (e.g., Archer, Fusion)
• Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate regulatory expectations into practical governance structures
