Business Systems Analyst Intern - Summer

• Elicit requirements from end-users for interface, data conversion, and data cleanse activities, and create process maps as needed
• Provide functional support and assist with documenting requirements, design specifications, and business processes
• Analyze legacy and target system data, conducting reconciliation activities
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data conversion and cleanse decisions meet requirements and regulations
• Develop test scenarios and perform validation testing for interfaces and conversion requirements

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to obtain and pass a Tier 2 MBI background check
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Previous internship/co‑op experience or other relevant work experience
• Leadership and teamwork capabilities, along with strong interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
