Program Management Lead Analyst​/Data Analyst - Healthcare - Remote

• Act as a technical analyst for Proactive Claim Intervention projects and daily tasks related to the Pre/Post Pay Edit editing program
• Develop and maintain editing processes using SAS, Microsoft SQL Server, and an internally developed rule‑based claim editing platform
• Conduct data mining activities to support the Pre/Post Pay Correction Program
• Collaborate with business partners to define data needs and communicate results of analysis
• Mentor, train, and provide guidance to junior staff members

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics
• 5+ years of coding experience, with proficient skills in SAS and Microsoft SQL Server
• Strong data investigation skills to mine healthcare data
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and partner across the organization

• Experience with rule‑based editing platforms
• Proficient skills in medical analysis and project management
• Familiarity with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Webex, and advanced Excel features (pivot tables/VLOOKUP)
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to prepare and deliver information effectively across various audiences
