• Own and evolve the product vision and multi-year roadmap for title data and workflow products
• Lead the product team to build and deliver production-grade title data and workflow solutions
• Engage with key stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities in the title industry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity around product requirements and success metrics
• Mentor and develop a high-performing product team, championing a customer-first mindset

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with 1–3+ years leading teams of product managers
• Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact products and leading cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a willingness to be actively involved in execution and iteration
• Data-driven decision-making skills, with experience defining and analyzing relevant metrics
• Prior experience in the title industry or closely adjacent public-records or regulated data domains

• Background in real estate, geospatial data, risk modeling, or large-scale public-records platforms
• Experience with B2B SaaS or data platforms serving institutional clients
• Exposure to modern AI/ML techniques applied to data-intensive or workflow-driven domains
• Familiarity with industry trends related to title, eRecording, or adjacent real estate technologies
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus, but not required
