Virtual role (i.e., work from home) with the Legal department, reporting to our Associate General Counsel.

This is an 8‑week paid virtual summer internship (June 10 – August 9). Full‑time preferred but flexible given the virtual nature of the program.

• Assist in Legal‑related projects including software licensing, SaaS contracts, litigation, M&A and analysis.
• Assist in the logistics of running an internal legal department.
• Gain a broad understanding of different disciplines within the legal function and work on a variety of projects.

• Excellent, professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Highly self‑motivated with high integrity.
• Proficiency in all MS Office Applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of and/or experience with tech industry.
• Current or prospective law student.
