• Develop and implement next-generation audit practices for a global internal audit function
• Execute information technology and security-related audits, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting
• Create audit reports assessing the effectiveness of internal control structures for executive audiences
• Manage and support internal audit staff while conducting ad-hoc investigations and reviews
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with business unit management across all levels

• 6+ years of experience in internal audit with a focus on technology and information security
• 1+ year of experience in an internal auditing manager position
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, management information systems, accounting, or related fields
• Excellent understanding of cloud-based technology and software/application development lifecycle
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines

• Professional Internal Audit / IT / Security qualification (e.g., CISA, CFE)
• Familiarity with international regulatory requirements related to IT and security
• Understanding of the crypto and financial services industry, particularly in auditing information systems
• Experience working in a rapidly growing start-up environment
• Ability to work across functions and time zones
