We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Squad Tech Lead to lead a cross-functional team delivering AI-powered products and solutions. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and product ownership to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI systems that generate measurable business impact. The Squad Lead will be responsible for guiding data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers, and software developers in building production-ready AI solutions aligned with company strategy.

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional AI squad (Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, Analysts).
• Define and execute the AI roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvements.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI/ML models.
• Ensure best practices in model lifecycle management (MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, retraining).
• Guide architecture decisions for scalable, secure, and high-performing AI systems.
• Own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery tracking.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to define success metrics.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of AI initiatives.
• Monitor model performance and business impact post-deployment.
• Act as the main point of contact between AI teams and business units.
• Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Present results, risks, and opportunities to leadership.

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership or team management roles.
• Proven experience with AI and LLM development, including hands-on work with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt orchestration, caching strategies, document processing, and latency optimization.
• Experience leading technical teams or managing development squads.
• Strong background in API design
  , data pipelines, and cloud-based integration platforms.
• Experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions
  , including model selection, training, and deployment.
• Solid understanding of security, observability, and data governance best practices.
• Hands-on experience with modern development frameworks, data platforms, and integration tools (e.g.,
  REST, GraphQL
  , ETL frameworks
  , CI/CD pipelines).
• Experience working with BI and analytics environments (e.g.,
  Databricks, Tableau
  , etc.).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
